I just worked with Maggie to complete some paperwork last minute and it turned into a good portion of the day back and forth between her and my insurance company making sure everything was in order and correct. She was excellent to work with and more than happy to help me make sure everything was taken care of so I wouldn't have any further issues.

I am appalled by the phone etiquette. I was transferred three times. All three representatives were short,rude, and unhelpful. I can't believe we are actually forced to pay into a service that treats it community that way. Shame on labor and industries.

I get seen by my treatment here and I think they should have a poster up saying that they aren't just labor and industry but they have bunch of small businesses that are in the building as well.

I have never called a place of business and have been treated like I was. First off I was on hold for longer than I should have been, and finally when the lady picked up I asked her if she could transfer me to the correct adjustor and she rudely said "Its my break time." , then she was pushing buttons and hung up on me.
