Staff was as helpful as they could be. I came in with an elderly disabled client and the in store customer service guy was great. The over the phone customer service was ehh. All in all. Experience was fine. But my client wasn't able to get a new phone. (Not the in store ppls fault. )

A staff member named Brandon helped me out today. Gave me some positive advise on what to do for my phone lines that were stolen without breaking my pocket. Hes very knowledgeable, kind, and multi-tasks surprisingly well, believe it or not. 😋

Mandy stayed late for me to get my husband's phone working.. she didn't hesitate and was so polite!! I really am grateful to have gotten her help!! Hands down she is a great employee and should receive something for being so awsome!!

Went in to change our service and the girl behind the counter could NOT get off her phone!! Told us she was playing a game because she was so bored. While telling us about the phones, she kept hitting her buttons and then whined when she died. My husband asked if we could have her full attention then. She replied for 27 seconds. When I was asked what I wanted to do, I said leave. Told her that she would have had our business if she could have stayed off her phone. So angry.
