Hi Yvonne! On your remote you should be able to press on the Down Arrow Button. And you should see "CC" with a check mark. Go and scroll over the CC and press the middle button around your directional buttons and that should do it. Another way is to hold down on your Voice Button and say "Turn Closed Caption Off" and that should do it too! If you have trouble please feel free to come by the store! 1st ensure that the volume is raised on your TV, then press and hold the voice control button on your ex one voice remote and say accessibility to reach the accessibility settings menu, then followed the spoken on screen instructions to turn voice guidance on or off , once in activated your voice guidance should stop announcing everything on your screen.
