How do I talk to a real person for technical support? Your help line is a continual automated loop needing an account number, which I do not have, even though it says it will connect me to a representative.

Go to the store, these guys are not into customer service, but they have the best product in town.

When you are on the automated line and it asks you why you're calling just say Agent or "I need to talk to someone" you might need to say it a few times every time it asks another question but it will give up and send you to someone.

I have been able to talk with someone by just saying "representative" it will ask a few more times and then I'm talking with someone.

You can't, it seems. And if you're out of state you're stuck with someone that gets prompted computerized answers and no real solution. Which sucks. Even if they owe you a credit and know it and still charge you for a month after you've cancelled and won't take the charge off because they're system didn't activate the disconnection to a week and a half later..😤😤 sorry.. Venting. Good luck
