I've been coming here for years for Sodastream refills. Never once had a problem. They've always been courteous and professional. What these negative reviews are about is a complete mystery. Not been my experience.

they finally updated their address on google after so long. ive known of their store for a while now but didnt bother making a trip there until yesterday. i had a few minutes to spare before work, i arrived to their old location that was there "10 years ago". at least they updated it now

Absolutely horrible customer service and showed little to know empathy or attempt to resolve the issue given to them. I do not recommend this store online. Not going to order anything from them anymore.

I do not recommend this place. Many customers, including myself complain about there products and bad customer service. First of all, they are rude to returning customers over the phone and in the store, especially the owner/manager. I used to be able to deal with his rudeness and general bad attitude however enough is enough. Only saving grace to this place is the fact that there prices are "some-what" decent, however (look into the product yourself and do the research prior to buying). I will take my business some where else, and will not come back.
