Well, we went again second time about four months this ago because else was missing. Heck, everything now is done by appointment and you better make sure you make appointment online. We got the the report of marriage certificate same day. Also my wife renewed her passport and changed her name same day after receiving report if marriage. She received her passport 3 weeks later. That was not bad for the slacking and lacking system.

Not possible since one of the requirements is to see your fiancee and acquire pictures to prove your relationship. I came here thru Fiance Visa.

Just get a large USPS Express envelope with tracking. It'll be large enough for your 8.5"x11" paperwork to be returned plus your passport. The USPS tracking number will be valid once they mail it to you.

You have to go to the Philippines Consulate web site and schedule an appointment. It takes a while for them to update new empty slot day. You have to check it everyday. Make sure you have all paperwork or they will not help you.
