where do I go to get my passport I paid for or whom should I trust with my problem passport at our own embassy who are supposedly there to help and not harm anyone. am I naive? are these people trained to help us or are they helping there to ruin us

I am not aware of your situation but people at the consulate are suppose to help Filipinos. So if there is any problem go to the Phil consulate office.
