I appreciate her help because it was tough for me to fly to California By the way, my review is only about the renewed passport experience. No u don't. But they have strange work hours. Make sure u call them, ask for work hours, & ask them what u need to get with you so u r ready to apply on the day of.

If you are a US citizen yes. You can enter with any Lebanese ID so you don’t have to pay visa fees.
Also be sure to call for an appointment before you go. You can always visit the Consulate website for all details

Hi Nariman. My name is Houda. We only accept money orders payable to: "Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles". 1 year passport costs $40 and 5 years costs $200. If you want, you can rush it by using DHL service. We will tell you how when you come to the Consulate. Give us a call on extension 14 or 11
No, if you have a ticket or take out a visa, you need a visa

No, they are pretty bad with phone calls. Keep trying sometimes they do pick up. Try early morning as soon as they open.
