I just want to thank Kellie Schwartz in Rheumatology. I have Lupus and I wasn’t receiving proper care. Kellie immediately got me back on my medication. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

What a dysfunctional office. I spoke with the office manager about my experience. Total lip service. Told to arrive 15 min early. Yeah right. Go upstairs then told to go downstairs to kiosk. NO SIGN IN LOBBY. 35 minutes to get in room. 15 minutes till doc saw me. (45 minutes late). Told me they don’t turn anyone away. Dr wagmhere looking at my neck (did a good job with that) but didn’t want to here anything about my low back sciatic. Then.. go out to check out. 20 minutes to get checked out. Lady has to read complete report to find out what doc wants. OMG!! Don’t t try calling them. Wait and wait then get sent to voice mail. PITA.

This place is awful. The receptionist is so mean and nasty and I’ve heard her be nasty to other patients and even her coworkers as well. Good luck dealing with her. Next, my 85 year old diabetic grandmother who is also a patient there was really not feeling well one night and was worried it had to do with her diabetes so she called the doctor on call who was Dr Joseph Gualtieri and very nastily he said to her “MA’AM IF YOU’RE SICK GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IT IS 10:00 AT NIGHT!” This place is horrible! Please beware!

Depends on which doctor you're seeing. Some do accept Medicaid but not all, unfortunately. Hope this helps. Just call & ask the billing person.
