Visited with my son to apply his ID the staff are very courteous, professional and helpful. Even in my interactions on email while enquiring on the process my emails were replied during the weekend. I thought I would wait until Monday. Thank you very much Team. Special mention to Ndegwa, Gerald and Phoebe.

I had a very good experience in this consulate. Very helpful staff , attentive and professional. I came to renew my old Kenyan passport, and each one of them went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of , and made me feel at home . Everyone was super friendly, and patient . Thanks team LA consulate for such an exceptional experience. Keep up the great work!

I had a very good experience at the Kenyan LA consulate yesterday. I needed assistance with documents, all the staff were very friendly and professional. They took their time to walk me through the process, made sure I had everything needed for the process and they were very patient. Thank you so much Pauline, Irene and Gerald.

At this time, I dont think they are handling any passports applications yet at the consulate or embassy from here. But you might want to call them for clarifications. What I know is they are yet to receive instructions from the ministry of kenya immigration on way forward soon. If you intend to travel to kenya soon, you might want to contact the consulate for advise. They might give you a letter to take it with you for entry.
Bwana kamau, i dont think they are issuing the new digital passports yet here in the states. They are still waiting for instructions from the immigration as they prepare to roll out the issuance. Kindly call tge Consulate on the number posted. They answer phine calls very promptly. I aslo visited and liked the warm reception and i can tell you from what i saw, its a new dawn in that office. I learnt that huduma number is also coming out soon. They aslo issue the new version of kentan identification cards every Tuesday's and Thursdays. Please call to book an appointment before you get there. Please visit soon and fet to know how services are closer to us than we thought.

I dont think so. Once you Have a visa to enter East African States, it is my belief that one should be able to enter multiple states within the East Africa federation. But dont take up on my word, am no expert.. Please visit the consulate for clarifications. You are most welcome to visit the East Africa. Preferably kenya.
