Hi, I ordered my first ukulele and I'm really excited. The ukulele came safely packed. With the Kala app I tuned them and played my first chords. The first impression: very nice instrument, well made and perfect for me as a beginner. There are only 4 stars, because of course I have to play more often and only then the real quality of the product shows.

Hi, I love your instruments, and have two ukeleles at home, but ups has been waiting all the week for you to send them some of the information needed for the tag and my delivery of one I ordered (I’m in Mexico) has not arrived and cannot procede if you don’t communicate with UPS to complete the info you gave them. Kala Baldonade

I have been teaching ukulele for the past ten years. Eight of which have been in an elementary school where I have over 100 students. All of my ukuleles have been Kala on loan through the Ukes for Schools program. They are work horses and withstand the abuse of my 4th thru 8th graders. I personally own a baritone and tenor travel. I love them both.

I ordered a Kala Brand ukulele and never received it. I was told it would take 4 weeks to arrive. That was pushed back to 6 weeks. Then was told it would be another 6 weeks. Too long to wait. Order canceled.
