I applied for passport renewal in Los Angeles last September 2, 2021 until now I haven't received the renewed passport. I am moving back to New York this October 21, 2021 as my new address. What do I need to do?

I am also in the process of renewing my expired passport, but I have no idea how long it would take to get a new one. I am not in a hurry to get it, however, I am assuming it takes a few weeks or longer depending how many applications or renewals they are processing.
