Great old historic place to visit. Tommy Sizemore puts out a great BBQ meal. Authentic buildings, great gold country history, and if your lucky you can catch a show at the outdoor amphitheater.

Quaint old store/restaurant in a quaint old town. Supposedly, this is the oldest continually-running store in California. My wife and I stopped here for a meal. The food was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the younger of the two cooks/waitresses/whatever_you_call_them is incredibly cute. My hamburger was exceptionally good, and my wife very much liked her quesadilla as well.

We live nearby so we stop for snacks regularly and it's a cool place. Lots of history, cool memoriabila. Stopped today for lunch and wow. The cooktop is a griddle built into a rock fireplace, very cool. The cheeseburger was excellent and my pastrami sandwichwas a knockout. I can't believe we haven't been making this a weekly stop.

The employees were using their masks while working there, also the town has signs posted to use a mask while in town.
There is ample indoor and outdoor seating. A park right across the street with shade trees and a creek. Please come see us soon.
