I just need to know the process and the price for renewing my Philippine Passport as it has expired, and though my US passport is current, being a dual citizen, the airline is adamant that I renew my Philippine Passport as well.

The process is on the Philippine embassy sites. There's no walk in. All by appointment only. It says it will take 14 weeks to get a new passport since they're being processed in Manila.
