I know the mini bar in rooms obviously is an extra charge. What about the coffee for the coffee pot or hot teas? Are those a charge too or complemtary ?

The in-room coffee and tea are complimentary.

Those should be free from what I remember

I am almost positive they are an extra charge as well. Not being a coffee or tea drinker myself, I never actually used them during my stay but if I remember correctly there was a label saying they were an extra charge

Coffee is almost always free and I believe it was there too
