An excellent experience from checkin to checkout. Every team member was warm and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and the decor is stunning. The location is perfect—situated in a vibrant and upscale neighborhood, close enough to all the city’s must—see spots. Can’t recommend Viceroy enough. Looking forward to our next stay here when we return to Chicago!

We stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. I think the location was what also made the experience so much better for us. It was quite central to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. Within walking distance, and plenty of food spots right around the corner. The room was quite impressive and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

This is absolutely one of the best hotels in Chicago. It is very down to earth, the rooms are phenomenal. Make sure that you get a good view of the lake or one of the rooms that has a balcony. You may be looking at something around $1,000.00 + for an evening, but I personally think it is well worth it if you have business commitments or friends coming to stop by and say hello at any point in time. It is definitely an experience everyone should have. I love staying here personally.

Truly a 5 star hotel experience. Allison was able to assist us at check and make the process smooth. All the hotel staff was very professional. There is no lack in amenities, and the rooms feel spacious as well as luxurious. The bathrooms were especially nice; having both a nice tub and rainfall shower head. Location was great since it was close to shopping and good food options. Would have be nice to have a few more free weights in the gym, but it was still adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

Most places like that in Chicago stay open until it's cold. If its warm I would count on most places having their ouside patios and rooftops open. I would call the Viceroy to check with them.
$18 for 4 hours at the restaurant and $72 for overnight parking at the hotel
It depends on the package offered. Some have breakfast included some do not. However the breakfast can be found on the first floor of the hotel for a competitive price for the area.
If you're flying into Chicago and staying in the near North area, it's probably better to avoid a rental car and use ride-sharing or public transit. The Viceroy is three blocks from the Clark & Division Red line station.
