Excellent hotel. My company prefers to stay here when possible. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly (and put effort into remembering us!). The pool and lounging area is very nice; to the point where on occasion the spouses/children of my coworkers will also join to enjoy the pool while we work. I called with a complicated request and they were incredibly helpful and were able to assist me. They have a business suite upstairs that is a great location for professionals to gather either over breakfast or happy hour drinks in the evening. The gym has a bunch of windows, which I think is an underrated feature compared to other hotel gyms. There are a few restaurants in the area, but the hotel is located on a busy street so driving is preferred.

Fantastic experience from the moment we stepped out of our cab. We were greeted politely by a guy whose name I believe was Ariel. He informed us that our room was not yet ready, but instead of making us wait around, he upgraded us to a better suite than we had paid for. This was essentially two separate rooms, which was perfect for us. There were two bathrooms, two safes, two TVs, you get the picture. Lots of windows too, 6 if I remember correctly. We were in suite 2601. Views were great, wait time for the elevators was never long. The executive tower of the hotel is a really interesting building in itself and it’s worth taking 20 minutes to have a walk around the different floors and just admire the grandeur. The pool is awesome too, nice architecture and nice and deep (deep end is 10 feet). Overall this would be my hotel of choice if I were in Chicago again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Oh, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean, even areas in the room you would expect to be overlooked were clean!

My wife had a meeting here and I got to come stay for a few days. It was so very nice. The room was spacious. The workout room was very nice. And the pool was refreshing. It was cool being on the mag mile. I ate breakfast there. It was pricey but worth it. They had cheaper options but I splurged for the grand buffet. The staff was very nice and friendly. I felt very safe at this location.

Check in was super easy! Michael at the front desk was so nice and engaging. Immediately greeting me as I walked in and mentioned the amenities in the hotel as well as the Free shuttle service to city walk. I absolutely love this hotel. All the staff were friendly. I will definitely come back here and have to stay longer.

1 to 1.5hr drive during rush hour otherwise about 20 to 30 min
When I stayed there, I believe it was two Queen Beds.
There is a tiny space in the fridge that you could put maybe one item in.
Not 100% sure
They do not. Too far away. Uber should be best choice, $40-50. If you want t save it, you can take the subway from the airport and after one or two changes of train, you will be two blocks away from ICH
The pool closes at 10 PM. Opens early, like 6 am. Awesome pool btw
Don't think you have to pay if you're a member. I'm also are a rewards member and wasn't billed over my last stay. Though, Internet was part of the room package. Hope it helps!
Yes, this property has a spa, a fitness area and an indoor Junior Olymoic-sized swimming pool for hotel guests' use. They are located on the 14th floor.
Parking is $75 at the hotel.
