I called Dr. Gallo for assistance with Major Depression/Anxiety Disorder. I for past 15 years on Paxil, Xanax, Ambien. Dr. Gallo discontinued ALL medications without CONSIDERING probable withdrawal. I am a Nurse and have communicated with him I not sleeping, Anxiety off the charts, tingling in fingers, nausea and vomiting. In interim Dr. Gallo suggested Butler out patient/Zoom Program. I started program. I communicated my emotions. NOT one person considered withdrawal. This week caught Flu and didn’t feel well enough to do Program as I wait for Covid Results. Sarah SW informed me Tuesday I was discharged due to rigid absence policy. I told her I sent e-mails. Regardless, I was discharged. Dr. Gallo’s professionalism and awareness of withdrawal was wreckless. Dr. Gallo told me Tuesday 12/29, that I am only patient who calls him as much as me. My skin is crawling etc and Dr. Gallo essentially discharged me from his care and suggested I go to Hospital to get admitted. I feel worse since he changed my medications and he is annoyed?!?! I am NOT Suicidal nor Harm to others. DO NOT seek assistance from him, if you value your Mental Health.

Although I live in Maine now, I am still going to see dr. Gallo, I trust no one else, and I probably never will, almost 10 years with Doctor Gallo for a reason!
