I went to Warwick pain management Doctor was giving me needles in my back the 3rd shot she hit the nerve right direct and crippled me on my right side they they told me that happens sometimes But they didn't tell me that happened sometimes before the needle I had intagonizing pain from the sciatica down to my foot And it was crippling for 5 weeks To a chiropractor and starting to do well But not recommend that place to anybody

Absolutely terrible, if you suffer from chronic pain, I suggest you do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! Allison should be fired for lying on clients and to clients. She claimed that she told me to bring my empty medication containers to my next appointment, which was false! She then informed me that this was my final warning, I was never warned before, why would this be my final warning? I was livid at this point, and yes, I cursed her out which she kicked me out for.

Totally disgusted with callous, inferior service. There should be an option for less than zero rating.

If I could give this center 0 stars, I would. They mismanaged my case and I was unable to get a needed prescription due to their provision of the wrong diagnosis to my healthcare program. You can never speak to the PA you dealt with because it is not allowed; the manager is always unavailable; and seeing a doctor is impossible unless you are receiving an injection. In addition, I was told that I would need to resolve this myself with my pharmaceutical program….which is absolutely inaccurate since prescribers play the role of dealing with appeals and errors they’ve made in diagnosis. After 2 weeks, I still don’t have my needed medication and will now go to another location for assistance. I believe this agency may have good PAs and the female doctor in the So. County office appears competent, but the Warwick staff is uncaring and lack in competency. Avoid Comprehensive Pain Management.

Dear Ann- Marie, you are not alone in your efforts to keep the quality of life you deserve. Call Comprehensive Pain Management for an appointment ASAP, so you don't fall through the cracks set up by the CDC to keep receiving your quality of care.
They do. However they have recently updated which insurance they do not accept. Most likely you will need a referral from your pcp.
I have been going to this practice for years. They Do care about Everyone individually. Just be open and honest about what you're going through and they will go over your options with you.
It depends on the insurance. The office staff can give you the guidance
