Positive: The location and breakfast was great. The furniture was perfect. It included drawers, an over head rack and hanging pegs so we could store our things and keep the room tidy. The micro & fridge were much appreciated. The best part was the amazing staff!

The double queen rooms were a little smaller than I thought they’d be but it was very clean & modern. Very neat decor. The staff was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional but laid back and quick to help. I felt they went above expectations. Tracy (sp?) was amazing! The location was perfect too!

Rooms - recently updated with new furniture and new paint. The only downside is that the walls seem very thin. Bathrooms - very strong water pressure and quick hot water. Towels are typical fashion and did not have the burnt smell that is frequent with hotels. Lobby - clean with some seating when waiting for the shuttle or coworkers. Restaurant - none on site Breakfast - standard fair with scrambled eggs, some kind of meat and breads. Staff - very friendly when I had to interact with them.

The hotel was clean, most staff were pleasant and breakfast adequate. My initial issue was King bed room was suppose to have a sofa bed which was confirmed upon checkin, but actually only a chaise in the room. Stephanie rectified this the next day quick and with professionalism. Upon checkin the girl gave her routine(and aggressive) spiel about scheduling a return shuttle. I thought this really premature since I was leaving 3 days later. However , I wish I had as he left me standing in the hotel and when staff radioed for him to return, “ she’ll need to catch the next shuttle “ even though he was still in the parking lot. Clean place to stay, but I would not choose to stay here. Also toilets are extremely low.
