Was down here for work, they picked and booked. I would stay here again tho. Nice views from the 10th floor. Room was very nice as well. Breakfast was available as well and delicious.

Changing this to a 5 star review. Ultimately this is my go-to hotel in Chicago. You get a lot of bang for the buck, mainly in terms of location and comfort. The gym is large and well equipped, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.. In terms of location, you’re literally a short walk from everything exciting downtown Chicago. If you need to venture further than that, then hop on the L and spread your wings. Excellent hotel in every possible way!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for our Christmas break vacation. I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hilton/Hampton Inn hotels. This hotel was nice, clean, and had a modern look. I absolutely loved the lobby area, it had a chic look and great view. The customer service was superb as well. The location was convenient and located around all the attractions we wanted to go in the downtown area. I was pleased that they had FREE breakfast, but the food was not tasteful to me. Overall, my experience at this hotel was great.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and new. The location is great as it is not too far from key downtown Chicago hotspots. Docking one point because the staff was so-so in terms of customer service and it looked like there were stains on the bed skirt. The rest of the room was spotless though. I would stay here again.
