Aloft hotels are a great option within the Marriott lineup. The brand and this location were definitely popular with a 20-something and 30-something crowd. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and ready to serve.

This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure! I really enjoyed this hotel! Close to the metro, friendly staff, and bar/restaurant were busy every time I saw it. Love how the Aloft hotel rooms are set up resembling apartments. DryBar products available for the shower. Everything I needed!

Rooms great, location great and front desk great and friendly. Issue - found some dirty mens underwear left behind on the bathroom counter and the shower had personal items for the previous guest. Made me wonder if the room was even cleaned.

Tried out Aloft in River North for a nice weekend staycation and loved it! The staff was super kind and was able to process my request for a high floor. We loved getting the city views and being so close to so many food options. The only negatives were that the walls were a bit thin and the heating was either too cold or too hot despite being set at an average temperature. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back again!
