UPDATE: They've improved somewhat over the past couple of years, abd are getting better at the transphobic stuff. Adding a star. 1. They're blatantly fatphobic. 2. I'm trans and they diagnosed me with "transsexualism" on my charts for at least a year. They have also NEVER gendered me correctly, despite my corrections... it's been years. 3. They will call less than 30 minutes before closing time, asking you to call back immediately, and the phone lines shut down 20 minutes early... all so they can say "we've been TRYING TO REACH YOU" on their charts, so that they look less irresponsible. 4. They refuse to remove a false diagnosis from my records that they added on years ago so that my "insurance would cover a blood test".

Dr. Foster is nice! However, the waiting time is incredibly long!!! You have to have ample time to wait! Update: Over time, even with Covid, this has been remedied and when I call, they offer to get me in right away! Eugene J Dougherty is a great Dr.! He listened, and provided me with extra information and references as well as treatment and did a follow up appointment to check on me. I highly recommend them!

The health care providers are all very good, but the incompetence and dysfunction of the office finally drove me away. Mistake after mistake in calling in the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy, over and over. No patient should have to plead for a prescribed medication to be refilled, and the new communication system through Nuvance Health is a disaster. Not worth the ongoing stress. They also removed my multiple messages to them through my patient portal, begging and pleading for my medications, so take screenshots like I did. You may need them.
