This is a great hotel. Walking in, you're greeted with a nice office area and space for coffee/tea. There's also a two way bathroom, one for the bedroom and one for general entry. The business center is nicely kept, as well as the gym and bar. Great location for staying within the city limits and being able to tour.

Beautiful Hotel at the heart of the city. Really enjoyed just walking the area around the hotel. All the hotel staff was great, and the room was well-sized with standard 10MB of internet which was decent. They don't let you plug in your devices to in-room TVs though, so parents may want to make sure they have that tablet handy.

If you want top notch service, this is the place to stay. From the bag boys, to the front desk it was 10/10. Received an email after booking asking for special requests. They were fulfilled and everyone working at the hotel called us by our name and treated us as if we were the most important person staying there. They remembered where you were going for the day, asked how your experience was, and were happy to recommend great dining and entertainment.

Beautiful hotel in the heart Chicago. We had an issue with a bathroom light the came right up and fixed it immediately. The front desk and staff gave great recommendations for newly opened restaurants. The room was a suite that was very affordable with a great view. We also were given the option to check in early with no additional costs, and also had requested a later checkout of an 1 1/2 hr they said no problem no additional costs. Highly recommend!!

I can't promise anything and it was during a slower time of the year for them but I was there about a month ago and they had my room ready at 10:00 am so it never hurts to ask. However, 4:00 pm is what they advertise
The Omni luggage service was great for us... both into and leaving the hotel. They offered luggage storage on our way out, but we did not need the service.

Sorry I can't help you with this one, we drove to Chicago. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Just give them a call or drop an email asking for your answers. They will gladly help you out.
Omni has a room package that includes parking. Strongly recommend it, as parking was $67 a day otherwise. The package includes parking and breakfast buffet. Use both and the package is a super fantastic deal!! We just did it last week.
stair wells for safety and elevators for convenience. lobby is on the third floor , change elevators to go to rooms
