Staff! Staff! Staff! They were amazing! Yes, the rooms were very nice and clean but Rocia at the front desk was the super star! We stayed for a wedding last weekend and she was just so helpful and sweet! Very refreshing to interact with such an understanding and pleasant person!

I don't usually leave reviews for places that I stay, But this place stood out. It stood out to me because of one person, this one person made my stay better than I could've imagined. He knew my name, called me by it and remembered the room I was staying in. That guy is David. He is a fantastic worker and deserves to be in a higher leadership role in the company or the hotel. He blew my expectations away and I hope someone sees this and awards him for his kindness. If you're ready this David, You killed it, my guy. The Only gripe I have with this hotel is that there was not enough hot water to take a shower with sadly. Other than That it was great. Pros - David - Breakfast Cons - Hot water issue

We were in town for a funeral, so needless to say it was a great relief that the hotel was fantastic. Clean, large rooms, an indoor pool for the kids (which was a great release after the wake), there was pull out couch which was perfect for the kids to share. The TV was on a swivel and had Netflix access which again, kept the kids busy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really good, gym had everything and was clean! We were really impressed with our stay.

A hotel staff member, Lauren was awesome and welcoming. She gave the highest level of customer service and I greatly appreciated it. And the room was super clean and luxurious!! I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my visiting friends and family.
