I used them when I had a fire 2 years ago and I have been calling them for the past 2 weeks for a few issues that I am having with the mediocre repairs they did that is falling appart and was told that the supervisor some ladie called lory was gonna call me back here I am still waiting and I call servepro off Middletown every day and nobody has called me back yet Quick update !!! So Laura one off The owners reached out to me and apologized for the the misunderstanding and came to look at my issues and she quickly realized what needed to be done they came Back ripped The whole floor out , repaired the sub floor the installed All new hardwood floor that we originally had the crew was very meticulous and knowledgeable thank serve pro 👍🏾

We had an oil fire in the kitchen. Thankfully my husband was able to stop the fire from extendinding to the rest of the house by spraying water from the sink hose. Fire water and smoke damage in varies area of our home. Bob Charles from Servpro called us immediately when he was assigned the task to cleanup, Tanya arrived the next day and I can proudly announce that Servpro is the best choice I made to handle my smoke and water damage. Courtney,Celeste,Rosa,Patrico,Cindy,Yvette Mercedes are topnotch tireless workers .I have learned to truely love them all. Servpro was great at coming to clean up right after the fire but did a terrible job at working with us and finishing. I understood its a process with permits but it was constantly arguements. Its been a year now since the fire and we still haven't received all our items. Every time I call its nearly impossible to get an answer or to be taken seriously. If you have a fire you are allowed to hire outside workers and contractors. I recommend doing so because servpro did not care nor did they do enough to help.

Good afternoon Glen, Unfortunately with porous materials like fabric chairs the smell can go into the inside of the fabric and padding and is not normally something that can come out easily.
