I can't promise anything and it was during a slower time of the year for them but I was there about a month ago and they had my room ready at 10:00 am so it never hurts to ask. However, 4:00 pm is what they advertise
Check in is 1600 (4 PM) and check out is noon, 1200. I've stayed there for business and it was excellent accomodations.
