The hotel is beautiful and in great location, BUT when it comes to the actually service and staff it was subpar to say the least. When you stay, you are informed there is a $200 hold on your account which is completely understandable if they actually reimbursed that money back in a reasonable time or would answer the hotel phone. It has been over 2 weeks and have not received any notice I will not get that money back and have yet to receive my reimbursement. I have called 13 times and no one has answered the phone or given me an explanation as to why I have not received my money back. The only room charge to be deducted from that $200 should be their overpriced $5 bottle of water that they offer in the room for your stay. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location, but beyond that I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying there ever again due to this experience.

The staff was warm and very welcoming. Kavita was especially great. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had branded towels and an amazing waterfall shower. Stayed for three nights and would definitely come again. Wish they had a new york location!!

Positive: This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed. The security was great and the layout of the room worked very well. The TV in the mirror in the bathroom was very impressive. Negative: They still don¿t have the robes and slippers in the rooms and the room service times were very limited.

I enjoyed this hotel. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the magnificent mile and great restaurants. I would advise that you bring your own wash cloths as the single one that they provided daily had long since been past its glory days.
