Hi King, we have indeed moved to a new location. Our Central Hub is now located at 2229 S. Michigan Ave Suite 304, while our Scattered-Site Housing Program and Health, Outreach, Prevention, and Education offices are located at St. Bernard Ambulatory Health Center at 6307 S Stewart Ave, Suites 208-209.
