For the homeless, a huge waste of time. If they place you, it is most likely a shelter that is worse than staying on the streets. Almost all the shelters they will place you in give no support to get back on your feet. Most are disgusting and have theft and crime. Dirty bed sheets. You can’t store your stuff so you can get and retain a job. It’s safer and cleaner to stay on the streets. Most people that work here are only here for a paycheck. That’s the truth.

worst customer service ever. extremely patronizing. they will talk about u loudly behidn ur back and act exhausted at the easiest of questions to answer

I called in order to speak with anyone for a few questions that I had, and the person on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. Clearly if I ask to speak with someone pertaining to receiving information I should not be asked personal questions except by the person I am asking to speak with. It was unprofessional and I believe condescending.
