This Department is not helping anybody with the past due rent. They never answered the phone and never get it in touch with you. They not really care care about you became a homeless. Unacceptable.

This place claims to care about homeless, I think the staff and director could careless about people becoming homeless . Very sad notion how people without passion or vision are employed into these positions.

Unprofessional Not helpful at all and I know multiple people that say they reached out to them did the emergency rental application and didn’t even get it even though they qualified for it. I applied for rental assistance in October of 2021 didn’t hear anything from anyone for months until March finally my case worker reached out Said the auditor needed something else from me to approve me for funds I sent it in the same day haven’t heard anything from them since and when I finally get someone on the phone all they say is they are just waiting for an Auditor to approve it like how hard is it to approve applications that you have ALREADY LOOKED AT. Crazy part is they are still accepting rental assistance applications which I don’t think they have any more funds or just isn’t helping but we will never know because they don’t communicate Or reach out to anyone to help..if you are homeless Or need help with rental assistance Do not even bother trying to get help from these people and if your thinking about Donating anything to them DON’T Donate to a organization that actually help People that are in need of assistance.
