I used to volunteer with this organization. There is high turnover. They seem to get a new CEO each year. They never seem to have enough rooms. Almost every time I would tutor citizenship candidates, someone would interrupt us and tell us every few minutes that we only had x number of minutes left to use the room. The tutor coordinators also come and go so often that it is hard to keep track. I finished tutoring my students and they passed their citizenship exam but we finished tutoring sessions at another location because we were tried of all the rude and insolent interruptions.
