I need help. I live in different state. I have not been receiving child support. The state I live in says I need to speak to the child support office in Chicago when I call Chicago they say I need to go through my state. What do I do ??

You have to start with the state you live in . Contact the child support enforcement agency there . Once the judge issues an order there they will send it to his employer. The employer will honor the order ( they have to ) or they are subject to fines up to 1000 a day . It may take time but it's worth it .

My husban was given full Guardian ship of our 17 year old son ! The child support office just sent us a letter saying they have the mother coustdy !! And are try to take money from his check how the hell can the state attony go against the judge orde

Give a copy to the state attorney. My husband has 50/50 custody (not guardianship) over the kids. He pay no child support. It may differ from state to state.
