My personal experience with all the F#*$/\ up Government Offices; please pardon my use of the F word, I am college educated, is to personally go there, or call, or wait forever, because they are overwhelmed, and quite simply don't have the option, or quite simply put, to care.Do yourself a favor, and just go there; I know it's inconvenient, but don't know of any better way, unfortunately. The aid office NEVER answers..have u ever heard a phone ring while you was there?? No..but if you get a good caseworker, they will contact you..I almost pass out when i recieved a call

I never had any problems. Twenty minutes before closing? They always have plenty of customers. They were probably trying to serve them before they have to close. If you can't reach them by phone, I would suggest going there in person.
