You have to go back in and talk to them.. The drug companies have a program where you can get your medicine for free or low cost.. Look up name of the manufacture and find the applications.. a lot of time the doctors office will have these application..my mother got her breast cancer medicine for free and also her insulin..
Go in person and cal Springfield for better results
I would go I person to let them know you really need it. If you call you'll be inn hold forever or they might not even answer. The earlier you go the better
