My personal experience with all the F#*$/\ up Government Offices; please pardon my use of the F word, I am college educated, is to personally go there, or call, or wait forever, because they are overwhelmed, and quite simply don't have the option, or quite simply put, to care.Do yourself a favor, and just go there; I know it's inconvenient, but don't know of any better way, unfortunately.
