Yes, it happen a lot. Start early morning around 8a.m or 8:30a.m try in between the time. Always get your caseworker extension number. That will help. Never give up. Especially when you and your family have a need.
They do answer, the calls go to the call center. There's only 1 person manning the phones and it can take only 20 calls at a time, the 21st caller will not get through until a cue opens up. You can't reach a case worker because they're busy serving clients. The best way is just come into office to get your answer.
