IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE - SO SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. MY SISTER AND I LOVE IT HERE. 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS AND A BIG BACKYARD FOR KIDS TO PLAY. WE HAPPENED TO GET LUCKY AND GET AN APARTMENT WITH A WASHER AND DRYER IN IT TOO.

I want to give 5 stars to the maintenance crew. I’d like to thank John, Tim, & the gentleman that takes care of the grounds. These men have always been very cordial, highly professional, & they have always made sure that everything is fully functional again. John R was extremely well versed in HVAC. He figured out the problem even after Windsor Place had an outside HVAC company inspect my Unit. This company told me there was nothing wrong. When my AC stopped working again, John gave things a closer look & actually fixed the issue. Thank you John! Tim helped lug a portable AC unit up three flights of stairs when the AC went out this summer, two separate times. He even talked to my toddler while he installed it. He has also fixed a few other things & never let me down. Thank you Tim! The Grounds keeper was very cordial. I always see him working so diligently all hours of the work day. You can truly tell that he takes pride in his job. Thank you friendly Groundskeeper! Lastly, Windsor would not have such an incredible team if it weren’t for one of their leaders. I cannot remember her name but she is super sweet. I believe she is the maintenance supervisor who coordinates maintenance for the entire property. She may have very large shoes to fill but she handles her role with finesse. She is dedicated at getting the job done & making your home operational again. Thanks to you as well!

Moveout experience: Just few years ago, they added 60 days moveout term which is in addition to their 60 days early lease notification clause (it used to be 30 days). 60 days double penalty is alot for any tenant to afford. Even if you lived for several years and have completed your lease period, when you have to move out and if you gave them a month notification prior to your lease end .They will not only charge you rent for that late notification period but also they are going to charge you with additional moveout plenty. Their confirmation intent to vacate letter: will tell you that if you fail to moveout from your given date they may increase your rent upto 200%.

This question was a week ago I have no idea
yes it does. after my first year they offered me something like $50 more a month to renew the lease or $100 more to go month to month. not sure why they would want to force potential long term tenants to move out like that. doesn't make much sense to me.
Correct. Call them. But they may require a fee.
They maintenance people will give u paint one time they gave me some
It is not income based, nor do they offer 3 bedroom rentals.
Yes
They been Yes then why did I have the police called on me then !? It seems like anyone else can park there but I cant? Hmmmmm sounds like a discremention to me !!.
