I'm still haunted and traumatized by the surgery I had here - what should've been a simple outpatient procedure was anything but. I was told I wouldn't be put under full anesthesia, but I was, and woke up confused, freezing, and unable to walk or dress myself. Regardless, the staff was insistent that I get up and leave and pushed me along before I could really understand what was happening. They also told me "everything went well!" but even through the haze of confusion, I had the distinct feeling I was being lied to - something was just off. They put me in a van and sent me home; I remember tears streaming down my face as the woman next to me repeatedly removed her mask to cough incessantly (note this was Dec 2020, peak Covid times). Weeks of swelling and complications followed, necessitating several painful cortisone shots that ultimately did not help. There was a huge lump under the incision and my skin was hot to the touch for weeks. It's been nearly two years, and I still do not have full range of motion in my wrist. Note, this was meant to be a simple, straightforward operation to remove a ganglion cyst in my right wrist. I have a prominent garish scar on my wrist because it did not heal correctly, and a new, permanent pain that's different than the pain caused by the cyst. All City also did not contact me following the surgery to inform me that I still owed a balance of over $1k (as far as I know they didn't notify me the day-of either, but then again, I was made unconscious against my will, so who knows). I got this news from a debt collector who contacted me a year and half later, and was told I apparently owe interest on this balance. I resisted paying at first, because who wants to pay for a botched surgery 18 months after the fact, when the surgical center didn't have the decency to even notify me about my balance? However, the debt collector's relentless harassment and threats to sue me (which All City signed off on) wore me down. I hate that I went here and wish I had not entrusted my medical care to this shady center.

I was hooked up to IV and machines waiting nearly 8 hours for a minor surgery that was supposed to only take a couple of hours. I arrived and was admitted on time. It was a very unpleasant and expensive experience, but the nurses were nice. My partner (and my ride home) could not get an accurate update on when he should pick me up when he called… We live nearly 2 hours away and the center was closing by the time I was released, so this was very inconvenient. I’d never recommend or come back here, especially if you’re at all nervous in a hospital environment or tight on funds. My doctor later apologized for the wait when I saw him at his Manhattan office for a follow-up. Billing and admin has also been extremely unhelpful with inaccurate charges.

I had knee surgery here in October. My surgery was 6 hours late and then I was rushed out the door because they were closing by the bald nurse with glasses. Terrible experience
