Been trying to speak to an actual person all day for an appointment because no one answers the phone there. Left two voicemails but did not receive a call back. . Very hard to communicate by way of text message.

Waiting for an authorization for a month for a procedure. I called the office weeks ago and they said it was processed on November 30th. I called my insurance today, December 30th and they never received a request for authorization. I called the doctors office several times today and have not been able to get through to a person. If you're in pain, avoid this office unless you are willing to continue to remain in pain.
