3/4 of the ATMs were functioning; none had twenty dollar bills, just fives or sometimes $100. The weekend had not even started.

Ridiculous procedures to deposit cash. This is about $2.73 exact change, depositing with a deposit slip, the old fashioned way. Despite having to dip the debit card, they also had to take and scan my driver's license. I can see that for cashing a check or withdrawing cash, but this is absurd. No wonder they have long lines.
