I had gone to the branch 5 times and nobody had solved anything for me. All good words but they didn't solve anything for me. Today, at last, I have found an efficient and friendly employee, Ms. Gissel, who after much management has found the problem, which was from his system, and has finally given me the solution to my problem. We went on August 22 when we arrived there was a middle-aged lady with a bad character who did not want to attend to us and even told her partner not to wait on us that they did not do what we went to when we had an appointment jessika us she attended that day very kindly

Do NOT use Capital One for your personal or business transactions. I had an open account for over 10 years and Capital One closed it WITHOUT informing me. I went to use my credit card and it declined... they have REFUSED to reopen my account and now, thanks to Capital One my credit score and history has been compromised. What a waste - I worked hard to get my credit where it is today and now I have to work hard another few years. Extremely disappointed Capital One has done NOTHING to help the situation. 0/10. Do NOT recommend.

Because that's werr they will ship your card Some branches give you the debt card In person. Other ship it to your house and instead in the mean time you can ask got a temporary card until it arrives. You can also open the account online If open online you don't need to deposite anything to open You can literally deposit later on. Which for me was convenient
