What the hell is going on this branch. I have got the call, probably the order I placed yesterday, but did not leave any voice message so I tried to check before I go. I have called 5 times each hours but no one answer. When I placed the order I felt the teller is not really friendly. I really disappointed in this branch.

Chase Bank for me is one of the best bank, but the manager of this branch, Abdool, is insensitive, inhuman, has non empathy. I do not know how Chase Bank has someone like him working as manager. He has none consideration or empathy for people with disabilities. Shame on him!. This is the worst chase branch I've been. Staff needs more training or better management.

I was trying to do a cash deposit on my restricted account but was denied service because of the branch manager Abdool Shakur being one of the rudest people on the planet. He interrupted me on several occasions as I was talking, then has the audacity to call me rude when I get rightfully frustrated at him talking over me. It was already a stressful week with Chase in general and he made the experience terrible by being very rude and disrespectful to me. I apologize to any of the workers that have to work under him, it must be miserable.
