My advise is for you to look online for the Summer Stage Event Calender Schedule 2019. All of the acts, dates and times will be listed. Please note the Summer Stage layout has been recently renovated. It's very nice enjoy.
Any concerts tonight

You can purchase tickets online at anytime. Just make sure you are on the Summer Stage website. All the information you need is there

Muse played last year, unless they were added in last week.
Ben covered everything and I concur with his comments.
If you mean stage hand. I suggest you apply in person, & complete new questions.
Just south of Summerstage, away from the stage, behind the stands
A permanent facility is nearby with the renter setting up numerous port-a-johns depending on the expected attendance.
You can bring a blanket, but you can't bring a chair. There's limited bleacher seating, first come first served. They have food concessions on site.
I believe 4-year olds are admitted without a ticket, but you should contact Ticketfly to confirm that.
