If it was not for the rent going up every year by 10% this would be a great facility. The food is not up to par with the rent. When paying this much money you would think all aspects would be 100% all the time. I cannot fault the staff, it is the regional company employees that are making decisions for the residents and staff when they only visit occasionally. Maybe these regional company employees should be listening to the on site director.

They abuse their employees by overworking them and not allow them to take sick time and allow residents to hit kick and bite employees and never do anything about it when after so many incidents they are required to by law to protect their workers because they are a noncombat facility the managers need to be FIRED

Our mom has dementia and is in memory care here. When we placed her here she was 77 pounds. She settled in fairly quickly. The staff took their time and she is now happy and thriving. She’s up to over 100 pounds now. The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing and helpful. We are VERY happy we were able to get her in there. I highly recommend Charter Senior Living

Mari-Lyn is the best employee here! She constantly goes above and beyond to provide quality of life to my mother! The facility is very nice!
