Yes. Our campus is open for visitation with screening and precautions. While the CDC guidelines have changed for the general public, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have not yet changed the guidance for visitors to senior living communities. You'll be asked to screen in and wear a face covering while visiting our campus.

We offer secure one-bedroom apartments as well as 24/7 supervision from one of our team members. There are 24 apartments in The Cypress Memory Care.

Visitors are welcome at any time, night or day. Our long-term care neighborhood is 24-hour secure facility. Doors locked from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., but visitors are welcome and encouraged any time, day or night. There are no set visiting hours.

Yes, we have an indoor pool and wellness center.

Yes, we allow pets in independent living. One dog or cat under 25 pounds, plus birds and fish are allowed.

Yes. If it is a scheduled event, there is no cost for transportation. We offer individual transportation for a fee. We also provide scheduled transportation for medical appointments, community and cultural outings, and more. If it is a scheduled event, there is no cost for transportation. Yes. One covered parking spot is available per residence for residents of The Westerly Residences. Westwinds duplex residents have garages. Additional open parking is available.

Dining is an important component of our culture at Wichita Presbyterian Manor. We offer flexible meal plans with seasonal and always-available menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can choose what you’d like to eat. The number of meal points you have depends on where you live on campus. Meal points may be used at The Landing or the Bistro.

Our doors are locked between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., and a team member regularly walks the buildings during those hours. The campus is gated and requires a security card for entry after 5 p.m. Exterior doors in The Cottonwoods are locked 24-hours a day and require a code for admittance. Our main campus doors are locked between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. A team member regularly walks the building during those hours, and a nightly on-campus patrol is conducted. The Cypress Memory Care is secured 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The Willows Health Care Center is a 24-hour supervised community. Exterior doors in The Willows are locked 24-hours a day. Medicaid does not apply to independent living. We are not licensed for Medicaid in The Cottonwoods Assisted Living. We are not licensed for Medicaid in The Cypress Memory Care. We are licensed for and accept Medicaid-approved residents in long-term care. Most long-term care beds are filled internally by our own residents who are moving through the continuum.

Yes. We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), also known as a Life Plan Community. We have independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.

There are 48 apartments in The Cottonwoods Assisted Living.

For Independent Living, The Westerly residences offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments, with outdoor patios or balconies. The Westwinds duplexes offer two bedrooms and two baths and have private outdoor patios. For Assisted Living, we offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom apartments.
