Im not certain at Evergreen Park but I would think so if there is a building or pavillion there. Cotact City of Wichita Parks and Recreation Dept. on line or by phone. OJ Watson Park may be able to help answer you or direct you in the right direction.

No it is still open just the gym(basketball) isn't open until August cause of summer camps
Last summer the public pools opened at 1pm. I assume its the same this year. Holidays may effort this
