Staff is horrible always gives an attitude doctors r ehhh could better good thing is they have a lot of depts in one building As I am typing this seeing an eye doctor almost 3 hrs came here at 12pm its already 230 3 hours waiting unbelievable 😑 Montifiore do better

This place is terrible. Very incompetent staff… Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The lab staff do not follow HIPAA. They have patients’ specimen hanging out with names and DOBs on them in the waiting areas. No privacy whatsoever. When I came in the lab room, the M.A. had a list of people’s first and last names in my view. Staff definitely need to be trained better. PHI should not be accessible to other patients. Additionally, the staff drew my blood for the wrong labs, then called me back when I was halfway home to inform me that I did not get the correct labs drawn. No apology was offered. I now have to inconvenience myself by coming back in to get the correct blood work done next time. Hopefully, they’ll finally get it right. I truly hate this place.

I don't know what happen to this place. The people work here they need training for how to talk to people. They treat to people as a Piece of s***. Management should control them or send them where they can get mental health training. Its looks like every one is mad with montefiore and they trying to ruin their business. They way they talk to people, they don't care if people go somewhere else. Very rude people runing this
