The first time I went the lady looked liked she had an attitude and did my braids lose. I decided to give it a second chance. The owner is good, fast and she is friendly except I feel she is always on the phone and that just makes me feel like she's not focused but she still does a good job.. all I can say is don't ever go there if the owner or her daughter are not there because the other workers are rude , lazy and always have an attitude like if you are bothering them. I will never go back there againn only if the owner or her daughter are there. They need to get new ppl who are Hispanic friendly and who are not lazy.

I did my daughters hair here for the first time I loved it and so did she the lady that did her hair was soo nice to her made my daughters day thank you so much I didn’t get her name I will bring my daughter back to her again

Today was the first time getting my hair braided at Azerra's, her daughter did my box braids sooooooo nice and neat I can't stop looking at them lol.... everyone there is very nice an down to earth and her prices are affordable, she all so sell different items there to buy, I won't be going nowhere else to get my hair braided but her. xoxo

I’ve gone to this salon as a last resort in the past and I thought maybe my hair was falling out after I took out my braids because of the extensions being heavy in the past but thats not the case the women thier braid the hair to tight. I went and got cornrolls with my natural hair which is up to the beginning of neck and kept the braids in for only 2 weeks and I didn’t get to enjoy them . They were so itchy . I cloud barley sleep with them and that’s not even the worst part after I took out my hair A HANDFUL CAME OUT. It was coming out in clumps and I didn’t understand . Even befor I started washing my hair and combing it out , while I was taking out my braids a lot of strands of hair where just falling out. Even after take the braids out my scalp has been so itchy and it wasn’t this itchy and full of scabs befor I got the braids . Please don’t waste your money and go . If I could give this place negative stars I would .
