I’ve been here at least 5 times in the last year. Every time I went my experience got a little worse than the last time. The customer service started off really good. I worked with Lucy the first two times I went for the spa pedicure which was well worth the money. The next three times I dealt with two younger techs who were really rough. One was on the phone the entire time. Even if you make an appointment they never start on time. It’s ok if you have no where else to go.
